Lynch Group Announces Leadership Promotions of Matt Borden and Sam Froelich
Lynch Group is proud to announce the promotions of Matt Borden to Senior Vice President & Integrator and Sam Froelich to Vice President of Records Management Center (RMC) & Shredding On Site (SOS), strengthening the company’s leadership team and positioning the organization for continued growth and execution.
Matt Borden, who joined Lynch Group as Vice President of Finance, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will serve as the company’s Integrator. In this role, Matt will focus on aligning the leadership team, driving accountability, and executing on the company’s strategic priorities, while continuing to oversee finance and accounting.

Sam Froelich has been promoted to Vice President of RMC & SOS after completing his first year leading the division. Under his leadership, the business has made significant strides in operational performance, service delivery, and sales growth.
“Sam’s leadership over the past year has been instrumental in the progress we’ve seen across RMC and SOS,” said Lynch. “He brings a strong operational mindset, a focus on customer value, and the ability to lead teams through meaningful growth and change.”
Sam will continue to lead the strategic direction of RMC & SOS, focusing on expanding services, enhancing customer experience, and building on the momentum toward the company’s long-term goals.
