Community shredding events help protect individuals like you from the dangers and staggering costs associated with identity theft. Shred the risk of identity theft, cut down the clutter and free up some space, and let’s have some fun!
Shredding On Site partners with many businesses, organizations, and local government agencies throughout the State of Maine to provide free NAID AAA Certified document destruction. Our specialized, high-capacity shredding trucks will quickly and thoroughly dispose of personal documents identity thieves regularly use to commit fraud – old bills and receipts, junk mail, account statements, and unused pre-approved offers of credit.
Visit us at one of the community shredding events listed in the calendar below and bring up to 5 boxes of personal documents to be immediately shredded on-site. You will be provided with a Certificate of Destruction upon completion, and all shredded materials will be 100% recycled!
Please Note: Personal documents only. No commercial/business documents will be accepted for shredding. Please limit shredding to five boxes maximum, no larger than 24”x12”x12”, or equivalent. We cannot accept empty boxes, containers, or plastic bags once shredding is completed. No need to remove staples, paperclips, or binder clips.
